In this role you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of administration and supports function within Cork City Ford . You will provide a wide range of administration support services across several areas as outlined below:

  • General office administration including Payroll administration, processing invoices & banking .
  • Dealing with deliveries and collection for the office
  • Maintaining of stationery and supplies
  • General reception duties
  • Support to the leadership team
  • Support to After Sales Team 
  • Arranging of events and visits to the office
  • Assist with Health and Safety initiatives and programmes as requested by Managment
  • Demonstrate and adhere to company values.

Skills & Experience:

  • Office Administration qualification or similar
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ relevant experience in similar role.
  • Self motivated with ability to prioritise workload in line with business needs.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft suite of products..
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Enthusiastic, team player
